About the position

As a Setter and Technician at Emballator Lagan AB in Vittsjö, you will play a central role in production where you are responsible for preparing and executing tool changes as well as setting up the production equipment used in our manufacturing. You ensure that quality controls are conducted before production transitions into continuous operation. In the event of machine stoppages, you troubleshoot and resolve the issue or hand over to Production Support if larger interventions are needed. You also support our machine operators in their daily work and contribute to their development and learning. If necessary, you will step in as a machine operator yourself. You will be part of our production team and report to our production leaders. The working hours are permanent evening shifts.

About you

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a setter or technician, preferably within the injection molding industry, but this is not a requirement. You have a technical interest and good problem-solving skills, and you enjoy working in a team where you are an active part of the collaboration. You are flexible and easily adapt to changes in production. As a person, you are responsible, curious, and contribute to a positive and developmental work environment where we share knowledge and help each other move forward.
